Our History
Cantidiano advogados was created in 2016, by Luiz Leonardo Cantidiano (in memoriam), and, nowadays, is led by Maria Lucia Cantidiano, who has, as partner, her daughter, Isabel.
Amongst the goals of Cantidiano Advogados is the preservation and maintenance of the legacy left by Cantidiano, who died in 2017.
Our History
Cantidiano served as Commissioner (1990-1991) and, later on, as Chairman (2002-2004) of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM. He was also Chairman of the Council of Securities Regulators of the Americas – COSRA (2004).
He published 3 books, as well as several articles:
• Corporation Law and capital markets (1996)
• Studies on Corporation Law (1999)
• Comments on the amended Company Law (2002)
